I had and I have mixed feelings. (I have no children, and they do not). It hurts a little to have to save, and had no physical problems such as pain or injury. I stayed with times, I was a little strange at first, but gradually become a habit. The freedom of my husband and me is impressive.
However, they saw an increase in weight of 30 pounds for it. I eat very healthy and exercise, but I'm winning, rather than lose. This part was really frustrating. My OB swears that the reason could be the Mirena, but I had a weight problem until I appear. I am convinced that the Mirena is the cause.
